Bomb Blast in Philippines, 2 People Killed and 24 Wounded
Airport bomb exploded in Zamboanga in the southern Philippines, and left two people dead and 24 people were injured. The explosion happened on Thursday that killed the perpetrator and the people who stood nearby.The event comes ahead of the arrival of U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines, Harry Thomas, was finally canceled the visit plan.U.S. parties put 500 soldiers who replaced periodically in the south of the country in the midst of rebel movements and groups of kidnappers. Chief of Police, Senior Superintendent Edwin de Ocampo, said the witnesses and suspect the camera recordings taken by the perpetrators of the bomb into the airport by using a backpack.

So far, there has never been a case of suicide bombing in the region. Police investigating possible bombers did not know he was carrying a bomb with a remote-controlled. Governor Zulu, Sakur Tan, said the possibility of the bomb was intended for him.
Sakur Tan vigorous campaigning to eradicate Abu Sayyaf, which kidnapped a group based in the area. He said the explosion felt when he arrived by plane from Manila.
"I believe I became a target," said Tan told reporters.
"I clearly see flashes of light explosion."
"I received intelligence information that mentioned I became the target of bombs," he told local television on Friday. (BBC)
